What's the best way to put a bra on?
It might sound like a silly question, but the way you put your bra on can make a big difference to the fit and shape that it gives you. We tend to put our bras on in two ways – either by putting our arms through the straps and fastening it behind our backs, or by fastening it at the front and twisting it around our waists into position.
Either way is fine, but the important thing to remember is to lean forward so that your boobs fall into the bra and fill the cups properly. If you don't completely fill the cups, or if you have baggy fabric at the bottom of the cups, lift and reposition your boobs in the cups so that you get a smooth line without wrinkles. If all else fails, a little wiggle and jiggle usually works wonders! If it's a new bra, try fastening it on the loosest or second loosest hook, so that as you wear it and it becomes a little looser, you can tighten it up. |

How often should I check my bra size?
Our boobs change for all sorts of reasons throughout our lives (age, weight variations, pregnancy, and use of the contraceptive pill) and you may not be the same size for longer than a few months, let alone a lifetime! So, if you want to look and feel as good as you deserve to, look at your bras regularly and use our three step check to ensure you've got the perfect fit. We recommend that you check your bras are fitting you properly at least every six months, and more often if you are pregnant or there are other reasons why your boobs may be changing.

If my bra is not supportive enough, should I tighten up the shoulder straps?
Although you do need to make sure that your shoulder straps aren't too loose, it's the strap around your back that provides most of the support for your boobs. If this is too loose, you won't get good support, no matter how tight you make your shoulder straps. Instead, your bra will ride up your back and you'll spend half your day yanking it back down into place.
Sound familiar? If so, check that you've got your bra fastened on the tightest hook. If you can't fasten your bra strap any tighter, you need to try a smaller back size. But remember, if you go for a smaller back size, the cup size will be smaller too, so you will need to increase your cup size to compensate. For example, if a 36DD rides up your back and doesn't feel supportive enough, try a 34E or a 32F instead – you'll be amazed by the difference. |

How can I search for all styles in my size?
You can search for all styles in a specific size by clicking on the section you are interested in (lingerie, swimwear etc…) and then on the left of the screen you will see a 'Product search'. You just then need to select the back size and cup size you are interested in and the website will show you all the search results in the middle of the screen. |

What size are the models that you use?
At Adam's & Eve's, we are committed to celebrating big boobs, so using models that are endowed with the right assets is very important to us. When we first started in 1995, none of the photography in our catalogue was our own and hardly any of the models featured in our suppliers' photography were over a B cup. We got lots of letters from girls asking us to do something about this as it was so difficult to tell what the styles looked like in bigger sizes, and so we started to do our own photography. Today, we photograph all of the styles that we offer and all the models that we use are a minimum of a DD cup. |

Did you know that approximately 70% of Indian women do not wear a bra that fits them well (Source: Enamor Study 2002). Most women either wear the wrong size or the wrong style for their figure.
Normal complaints include • The cups of my bra wrinkle. • I bulge over the top and sides of
my bra. • The underwires poke into me. • The straps of my bra dig into my shoulder.• My bra rides up at the back. • My breasts sag under my clothing. • I feel like taking off my bra
before the day is over.
If this sounds familiar, chances are that you are one amongst the 70% of women wearing the wrong size or the wrong style.
This interactive size check will make it easier for you to find the right bra from the Enamor
range. Just follow the instructions to know your right size.
